Property Development
Devcor Developments has been involved in various residential property development projects in the Western Cape as part of joint ventures and in its own capacity. Devcor Developments successfully expedites the conversion of raw land into construction ready building sites.
Construction
Devcor tenders for and negotiates building contracts in the Western Cape and are responsible for all building contracts associated with Devcor Developments. Projects include Plot and Plan, Sectional Title and Commercial and Industrial Developments.
Devco Property Development Corporation (Pty) Ltd, commonly referred to as Devcor and formerly known as Cape Devco Building (Pty) Ltd, has been proudly operating since 2000. Devcor has its primary focus on Property Development, Project Management and commercial and residential Building and Construction. Devcor has a notable track record of major property developments and diverse construction projects ranging from residential buildings to industrial factories and explosives manufacturing plants. The company directors Johann Lübbe (Managing Director) and Peet Hauptfleisch have extensive experience in these fields of business and together with the rest of the personnel, strive to accommodate their clients’ needs with honesty and integrity. Devcor’s head office is situated in the Durbanville Industrial Park in Cape Town, South Africa and business is conducted mainly in the Western Cape.
